MIDI: CC Dials preset
This preset ships inside InputConfig, free on the Mac App Store. You don't have to make an account, there are no subscriptions, and nothing is locked. Optimized for Apple silicon.
This preset turns six analog controls into six continuous controllers: the sticks and triggers send CC values that follow their position, ready for a DAW's MIDI learn. Map a stick to a filter, a trigger to a send, and record the movement as automation.
Left stick X/Y = CC 1 / CC 11. Right stick X/Y = CC 74 / CC 71. Triggers = CC 7 / CC 10. Channel 1. Plug into any DAW's MIDI Learn for instant macro control.
Where it is in the app
It ships in the MIDI & Creative folder of the sidebar. Activate it, or press Edit to see every row. The file below is the same preset, inactive and ungrouped.

7 rows. Button names are the Xbox / PlayStation pair the editor shows; a Switch Pro Controller fires by position. Options are the row settings that differ from the defaults.
Notes
- Any CC number. Each row's CC number can be changed. The CC reference lists the conventional assignments.
- Smooth values. Variable Sensitivity is what makes the value follow the control instead of jumping to full on a press.
Leave Variable Sensitivity on, or a stick becomes a switch.

To add one, drop the file on InputConfig's Dock icon, or see importing a preset. It arrives inactive, and any launch target in it is cleared.
