FPS (Switch Pro) preset
This preset ships inside InputConfig, free on the Mac App Store. You don't have to make an account, there are no subscriptions, and nothing is locked. Optimized for Apple silicon.
The Switch Pro Controller has its face buttons in Nintendo's arrangement, B at the bottom and A on the right. This preset places the shooter actions by position, so the bottom button jumps regardless of the letter on it, and ZR and ZL take fire and aim.

Where it is in the app
It ships in the First-Person folder of the sidebar, inside Gaming. Activate it, or press Edit to see every row. The file below is the same preset, inactive and ungrouped.

24 rows. Button names are the Xbox / PlayStation pair the editor shows; a Switch Pro Controller fires by position. Options are the row settings that differ from the defaults.
Notes
- Gyro yes, rumble no. Motion rows read the Pro Controller's gyroscope, so you can add gyro aim from the gyro page. macOS does not pass through its HD rumble, so this layout has no vibration rows.
- Everything else works. That means every button, both sticks and the D-pad.
Actions follow the button's position, not the letter printed on it.
