Double Click Deck preset
This preset ships inside InputConfig, free on the Mac App Store. You don't have to make an account, there are no subscriptions, and nothing is locked. Optimized for Apple silicon.
Double Click Deck makes double clicks into inputs. Double click a mouse's side button 4 for Mission Control, side button 5 for Launchpad, or the middle button for Spotlight.
The Mac's mouse: the side and middle buttons, double clicked.
Where it is in the app
It ships in the Desktop & Productivity folder of the sidebar. Activate it, or press Edit to see every row. The file below is the same preset, inactive and ungrouped.
Every binding
| Input | Sends | Options | Note |

| Mouse | Spotlight Search | Double click the middle button: Spotlight |
3 rows. Button names are the Xbox / PlayStation pair the editor shows; a Switch Pro Controller fires by position. Options are the row settings that differ from the defaults.
Notes
- Single clicks are safe. A single click keeps doing what it always did, because a double click only counts on the second click.
- Trackpads. With tap to click on, a double tap on the trackpad counts as a double click too.
The single click stays yours, so a spare button gains a job without losing one.
